Please provide 24-hours notice. Groups of two or more require 48-hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment in order to accommodate those waiting or hoping to reserve with us.
In the event of a “Non arrival”, a full charge of the booked services will be required. Services cancelled the same day as the appointment (or within 24 hours of a group service) are subject to a charge of 50% of the service payment for all services.
We do require a credit card for multiple reservations including people and services. We also require a credit card for future reservations when a non-arrival is on file.
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you schedule your next appointment. In the event they are not able to answer a call or email immediately, they will respond within the business day. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving OpusGlow. To hold a reservation for two or more service appointments, we require a credit card number and expiration date at the time of scheduling.
Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience. Gratuities are not included in any treatment prices.
Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your first appointment. This will allow you to update your client profile before you begin. Late arrivals shorten your service time—and no one wants that.
OpusGlow provides spa robes, towels, slippers, beverages, and comfortable seating area to relax before your service. We ask that you please contribute to an atmosphere free of outside stresses by turning off all cell phones during your stay with us.
Forms are required for services to be completed. This is to allow awareness of allergies or medical conditions. For the purposes of professionalism and warmth, clients are draped during treatments. The treated area is uncovered and then it is re-covered. Undergarments can also be worn.
Sorry, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Please keep items with you in the tote bag provided during your appointment.
Payments of products and services can be made by Cash, Debit, Visa, and MasterCard. Our prices are subject to change without notice. Use of gift cards, third party or otherwise, is based on availability and restrictions may apply. GIFT CARDS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF PAYMENT..

Whitby – Parking is available on Dundas Street, Kent Street or any of the surrounding Green P Parking lots. Parking is free evenings after 6pm and weekends.
Toronto – Green P parking at 80 Cooperage Street or surrounding street meter parking.

OpusGlow gift cards are available at our reception desk or online. We’re sorry, gift cards are non-transferrable, have no cash value, and cannot be used on or with promotional items. Please keep your card safe, as we cannot accept lost or stolen cards. Gift cards greater than two years in age will be charged a transaction fee of 10% each month following. Third party or discounted gift cards cannot be used on massage therapy, packages, promotional items, product purchases or taxes and gratuity. Use of any gift cards on products (third party not accepted) and services is based on availability and may have additional restrictions. Third party gift cards can only be accepted as 1 per person, per visit. GIFT CARDS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF PAYMENT. We do not manage gift cards due to privacy information acts.
We’re sorry, OpusGlow Service Packages such as Airbrush Tanning and Spa Packages are non-transferable and have no cash value. Packages are for one person only and cannot be shared. Unfortunately, we are unable to break apart package sessions or provide refunds on service packages.

OpusGlow automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including you IP address, cookies, and the page(s) you visited. This information is not considered personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify an individual. Despite this, this information, again, will not be sold, shared or rented to third parties in ways different what is disclosed in this statement.
OpusGlow believes in quality. Our commitment to high levels of service speaks to the respect and seriousness we bring to dealing with our clients and ensuring that they receive the most superior service possible. With that in mind, if you are unsatisfied with your services and we agree that our high level standards have not been met, we will gladly offer a compensation credit. Services not to standard must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the receipt of the service. A receipt must be provided to refund any products sold within 10 days.
Loyalty & Referral Programs
We believe in rewarding our guests for their loyalty and support. We’re sorry, but these rewards cannot be accumulated for use or combined with any other offer and have no cash value. There is no substitution. They are non- transferrable and cannot be used on claimable health services. Single use referral credits can be used on product and service but cannot be added to a gift card.
